01
Beta service
Lanternfish Cloud is evolving. Features, plan limits, pricing, and availability may change as the product moves through preview and general availability. Preview services do not include a service-level agreement unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
02
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, workspace, and API keys. Keep credentials confidential, revoke keys that may be exposed, and make sure the people you invite have the appropriate authority to access workspace data.
03
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Lanternfish or interfere with other customers.
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity or infringement.
- Do not attempt to access another workspace or bypass isolation controls.
- Do not probe, overload, or automate requests in a way that harms service reliability.
04
Plans and usage
Cloud limits apply to the workspace and its active billing period. When a hard usage limit is reached, Lanternfish may pause new ingestion or hosted AI operations until the next period or a plan change.
05
Payments
Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, tax, invoices, and refunds. Subscriptions renew each billing period until cancelled; usage above the plan is billed in blocks on the next renewal invoice. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
06
Feedback and ownership
You retain ownership of your data. If you submit product feedback, you allow Lanternfish to use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your telemetry or confidential information.
07
Availability and warranty
Unless a separate agreement applies, the service is provided as available and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for deciding whether Lanternfish is suitable for your use case and for maintaining appropriate backups and operational controls.
